The Snowline Joint Unified School District is seeking a qualified contractor to supply, deliver, spread, grade, water, and compact approximately 2,500 tons of Class 2 aggregate base at its Phelan property. The work must be coordinated around student drop‑off and pickup times, include dust‑control measures, and be performed within restricted school‑day hours.
