Description
The U.S. Embassy in Jakarta is seeking a contractor to provide media and social media monitoring services. The contractor will be responsible for providing daily summaries of news, opinions, and editorials from selected English and Indonesian language print and online media outlets, as well as social media trend and sentiment analysis. The contract will be for a one-year period with two option years to renew. The contractor must be a duly established and incorporated entity under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and must have at least one year of experience in the same field. The contractor must also be able to provide all deliverables in excellent and well-structured English.

* Providing daily summaries of news, opinions, and editorials from selected media outlets
* Providing social media trend and sentiment analysis
* Providing real-time access to broadcast clip archives
* Providing timely news summaries and video recordings of U.S. government interviews
* Monitoring podcasts, forums, blogs, and other digital-based media to understand public perception on specific topics
* Conducting monthly analysis and sentiment on key topics to understand public attitudes and narratives
* Providing a dashboard for real-time monitoring and insights into social media trends, sentiment shifts, and engagement metrics
