Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Visualization Engineering

The U.S Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) intends to award a single source contract to IT Cadre LLC for proprietary ViEW Software technology to support the VA's Caregiver Support Program. The contractor will deliver a digital visualization engineering capability, provide ongoing maintenance of previously developed visualization diagrams, and offer leader support and derivative products. The project aims to enable remote visibility and feedback for end-to-end operations, allowing VHA leadership to make informed decisions and plan risk mitigation strategies. Key aspects of the project include: • Visualization engineering work to support the Caregiver Support Program • Delivery of a digital visualization engineering capability via ViEW software • Ongoing maintenance of previously developed visualization diagrams • Leader support and derivative products to execute and verify the transformation and implementation of organizational goals • Anticipated period of performance of 12 months with a 12-month option period
