Description
The State of Maryland is seeking a contractor to provide tree and brush removal and landscape services for MDOT SHA located in Montgomery County. The contractor will be responsible for clearing and maintenance work at state highways, including removal of brush, trees, litter, grass, debris, and nuisance weeds/vines. The contract duration is not to exceed 2 years.
• The contractor must have 3 years of experience providing the service detailed in this contract within the State of Maryland.
• The contractor must be certified by the Maryland Insurance Administration.
• The contractor must provide wall cut, underbrush, and tree removal services, spraying, and grass mowing/trimming.
• The contractor must adhere to DNR, MDE, and MOSH guidelines.
• The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, tools, labor, fuels, maintenance of traffic, etc., to perform the services in a safe manner.
