Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) is seeking qualified organizations to lease space in two currently vacant school facilities—Grosvenor Center (5701 Grosvenor Lane, Bethesda, MD) and Radnor Center (7000 Radnor Rd., Bethesda, MD). Each facility is available for an initial two‑year term, with possible one‑year renewal options for Radnor. Leasees must pay a minimum rent of $15.50 per square foot, with a 3% annual increase. Applicants must demonstrate financial stability, relevant program experience, and compliance with MCPS policies, including background‑check and licensing requirements for child‑care or educational programs. The solicitation includes site visits (Sept 14 & 15, 2026), a questions deadline (Sept 23 2026), and a final proposal deadline (Oct 26 2026, 2 PM).
