Description
The opportunity is for the supply of a Caustic Metering Pump System, which includes various components such as pumps, pressure relief valves, back pressure valves, pressure gauges, and ball valves. The system is required to have a specific configuration and meet certain specifications. The quotation should include the unit price, extended price, and other relevant details. The project requires the supplier to furnish a published price list to support quoted pricing and to confirm the lead time, country of origin, and shipping details.
• The Caustic Metering Pump System must include (2) Mroy A pumps, Model MRA11F10S5PP, 30 gph@125 psi, 350 Max PSI, 316SS, PTFE Double Diaphragms, with rupture detection gauge and NEMA 4 pressure switch, 1/2 HP 115/1/60 VAC TEFC motor.
• The system must also include (2) Pressure Relief Valves, Nupro SS-4R3A series, (2) Back Pressure Valves, Check-all Flange Insert, 13 psi, (2) Pressure Gauges with Diaphragm seals, 4", 0-300 psi, Reotemp, and (2) Y-strainers, 1/2" SW, 316 SS, 20 Mesh, Titan.
• A Calibration Column, 40 gph max cap, 316SS wetted material, PVC sight tube, 1"-150# Flg, Kenco, and (2) Pulsation Dampeners, 10 cuin, Buna-N bladder material, are also required.
• The system must be mounted on a base frame, 304SS, with drip tray for all above pumps and piping/components.
• The supplier must provide a signed Page one of the RFQ (ANL-70), verify the country of origin, confirm if the items are shipping domestically or internationally, and provide an estimate of weight and volume if shipment will not be made via FedEX, UPS, or USPS.
