The North Texas Veterans Healthcare System (VA) is seeking a supplier to provide and install Helmer Scientific under‑counter refrigerator pedestals (or equal) at multiple VA medical facilities in North Texas. The award will be based on the lowest‑priced‑technically‑acceptable (LPTA) proposal. The contractor must deliver, unpack, install, calibrate, test, and evaluate the pedestals, conduct site surveys at least 60 days before delivery, and provide a one‑year warranty. No on‑site storage of the pedestals is permitted prior to installation. The contract is a BPA/RFQ under the Service Contract Act and will be administered by the VA Network Contracting Office 17.
• Quantity: 50 pedestals (per amendment) plus one job‑base for delivery and installation.
