Description
The McDuffie County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals for landscape planning, installation, and maintenance of properties at the Historic McDuffie County Courthouse and the Thomson-McDuffie Government Center. The selected contractor will provide comprehensive landscape planning, installation, and ongoing maintenance services for County-owned properties.
• The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and expertise necessary to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and aesthetically appropriate landscaping services.
• The contract may be renewed up to three successive one-year periods contingent upon the appropriation of funds by the McDuffie County Board of Commissioners.
• The contractor must comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act and provide a completed Contractor's Affidavit.
• The contractor must also provide proof of insurance and adhere to the County's insurance requirements.
