Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit a firm fixed price order for Atlas 500 Corneal Topographers with Accessories, Delivery, Installation, and training. The objective of this procurement is to purchase equipment to allow for efficient, high-quality imaging and reporting of Ophthalmic issues, including Glaucoma and Retinopathy. The contractor shall deliver, assemble, install, calibrate, and provide on-site training for four Corneal Topographers, including associated accessories and configuration components.
• The equipment shall be new, free from defects, and conform to manufacturer specifications.
• The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, transportation, and technical support required to complete delivery and installation.
• The contractor shall provide a one-year manufacturer's warranty.
• The contractor shall provide end-user training.
• The contractor shall track manufacturing schedules and notify the VA Point of Contact (POC) with updates of estimated completion dates.
