The State of Vermont is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for the Agency of Human Services office located at 41 Spring Tree Lane, Brattleboro. The scope covers daily cleaning, restroom maintenance, floor care, periodic deep‑cleaning tasks, and the provision of all cleaning supplies and equipment, while complying with Vermont’s environmentally preferred product standards and security requirements. The contract is a three‑year fixed‑price agreement with an optional two‑year renewal tied to CPI‑U adjustments.
