Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is seeking bids for the replacement of the fire alarm system at the Iowa Medical Classification Center (IMCC) facility in Coralville, Iowa. The project involves replacing the existing fire alarm system with a new one, and bidders must comply with all affirmative action/equal employment opportunity provisions of the State of Iowa and the Federal Government. The project is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax, and Davis Bacon Wages will not apply.
• The project is expected to begin on December 17, 2025, and end on June 26, 2026.
• Bidders must submit their bids by November 13, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 29, 2025, at 10:30 AM, but it is not mandatory.
• Bidding documents, including drawing sheets and the project manual, may be obtained from Rapids Reproduction.
• Questions must be submitted by November 4, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
