Description
The Michigan Department of Transportation is seeking a prequalified contractor to install the foundations, conduits/cabling, grounding, and surge/lightning protection for an AWOS IIIP station in accordance with Vaisala Bi-Pad configuration and applicable FAA standards at 6 locations statewide. The contractor must be licensed for electrical work and have experience with AWOS or equivalent aviation weather systems. The evaluation criteria include demonstrated experience, familiarity with Vaisala outdoor installations, and registration with the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity.
