Endoscopy Dri-Stor Cabinet and Installation to support the Kerrville Texas GI Clinic

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide and install an Endoscopy Dri-Stor Cabinet at the Kerrville Texas GI Clinic. The cabinet must meet specific salient characteristics, including a large diameter scope cabinet with HEPA vent, channel purge, and dual scanner. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and installing the cabinet, as well as providing training to clinical and technical users. The installation must be completed by January 16, 2026. • The contractor must provide a minimum of one year manufacturer's warranty on all parts and labor. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, executive orders, rules, and regulations. • The contractor must provide support services for a period of one year. • The contractor must remove all related shipping debris and clean up any construction associated with delivery and installation. • The contractor must protect all items from damage and take precautions against damage to the building and grounds.
