Structural, Concrete, and Coatings Restorations at Lakeland Electric Iowa Street Garage and adjacent Bridge

The City of Lakeland is seeking a qualified and experienced State Certified Licensed General Contractor to perform structural, concrete repairs and coatings for the Lakeland Electric Iowa Street Garage and adjacent Bridge. The scope of work includes removal of delaminated concrete, routing and sealing cracks, removal of joint sealing material, repairs for cracks and spalls, and application of a vehicular grade waterproofing coating system. The project requires a site logistics plan, a preliminary phasing and schedule plan, and compliance with the City's safety requirements. The evaluation criteria include company experience, personnel experience, fee proposal, and proposed schedule. • The contractor must have experience with projects of similar size, scope, and complexity, particularly in public-sector, structural/concrete repairs and coatings projects involving occupied or operational facilities and garages. • The contractor must provide a list of at least three jobs performed within the past three years that are equal in size, scope, magnitude, and complexity to the work to be done for the City of Lakeland. • The contractor must provide a proposal price, including a detailed cost breakdown of construction labor and materials. • The contractor must submit a preliminary phasing and schedule plan, including a site logistics plan, and comply with the City's safety requirements.
