Each kit is a 4½” × 7” 154‑page book with a double‑loop wire binding, printed on synthetic YUPO cover and interior pages, with specific color, coating, and trim requirements. The contractor must handle all pre‑press work, provide a press‑quality PDF proof, pack and ship the kits to the Coast Guard in Charleston, SC, by the delivery deadline.
• Print 10 high‑quality, wire‑bound books (4½” × 7”, 154 pages) using either offset or digital processes.
• Use specified synthetic YUPO cover (144 lb) and interior paper (68 lb), with full‑bleed red UV coating on the front cover and flood‑coat UV on covers 1 & 4.
