The City of St. Peters is seeking professional engineering services to evaluate existing conditions and prepare bid-ready plans and specifications for the removal, replacement and/or refurbishment of two air handling units serving the Main Lobby and Multipurpose Gymnasium at its Rec-Plex North facility. The facility is approximately 136,000 square feet. • The project involves evaluating existing conditions and preparing bid-ready plans and specifications. • The air handling units serve the Main Lobby and Multipurpose Gymnasium. • The facility is approximately 136,000 square feet. • A non-mandatory pre-qualification meeting will be held at Rec-Plex North.
