Description
Union County, North Carolina, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide cost estimating services on an on-call, as-needed basis for various capital improvement projects. The selected firms will provide traditional cost estimating services, including quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and budgeting support. The contract will have an initial term of three years with two one-year renewal options. The county reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award to multiple vendors.
• The scope of services includes providing cost estimates for projects, reviewing and consulting on project plans, and providing other authorized special services.
• The county is looking for firms with experience in cost estimating services, particularly in the public sector.
