Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the rental of 10x20 tents and heaters for an event. The tents and heaters should be delivered and set up on October 31, 2025, and picked up on November 7, 2025. The City is looking for a vendor who can provide these services at a competitive price. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The rental of 10x20 tents with sides
• The rental of outside heaters for the tents
• Delivery and setup of the tents and heaters
• Pickup of the tents and heaters after the event
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provision of insurance certificates as required by the City
