31 CS Land Mobile Radio Field Service Technician

The Department of the Air Force, 31 Contracting Squadron, is issuing a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Motorola Solutions, Inc. for Field Service Technician services to support the Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) network at Aviano Air Base, Italy. The contract will be for a 12-month base period with four option years. The services required include management, training, and maintenance of the ELMR infrastructure and subscriber equipment. • The contractor will provide a Motorola certified technician to support the ELMR system. • The services include management, training, and maintenance of the trunking equipment, dispatch consoles, and associated equipment. • The goal of the contract is to provide continuity, security, and productivity for the ELMR system. • The contractor must comply with Air Force policies, directives, processes, procedures, national and local security rules, regulations, and requirements.
