TOS 2028 Project Management and Wayfinding

The City of Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) is seeking a contractor to provide project management, wayfinding, and other services in preparation for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The contractor will work with LADOT to develop a wayfinding plan, install and maintain signage, and provide other support services. The contractor will also be required to participate in the City's Business Inclusion Program and provide outreach to minority-owned and women-owned businesses. Some key tasks and deliverables include: * Developing a wayfinding plan and installing signage * Providing project management and coordination services * Participating in the City's Business Inclusion Program and providing outreach to minority-owned and women-owned businesses * Submitting a cost proposal and fee estimate * Providing a detailed schedule and project plan * Identifying and mitigating risks and issues * Providing monthly progress reports and other deliverables as required
