Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information for a Cloud-Based Project Management Information System (PMIS) to support the architect/engineering and construction community. The solution should be a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS), Software as a Service (SaaS) brand name Kahua or equal solution. The system should provide portfolio-wide visibility, reporting, and governance authority while preserving facility-level execution control. The consumption model for this PMIS shall be License based where the total cost is based on total users with access to the system.
Some key features of the required PMIS include:
* Collaboration and communication tools for stakeholders
* Digital record of all PM decisions and supporting information
* Support for high-volume, Non-Recurring Maintenance (NRM) and Minor Construction projects
* Template-based project creation, lightweight workflows, and rapid project setup and closeout
* FedRAMP authorized at a Moderate or higher impact level
