Wayfinding Application Services

The County of Riverside, on behalf of Riverside University Health System (RUHS), is seeking a vendor to design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive digital indoor wayfinding solution across its healthcare facilities. The solution must include indoor mapping, positioning, routing, search, mobile/web navigation, required hardware, content management, and integration with existing EHR (Epic) and other systems. Vendors must demonstrate user‑centered design, accessibility compliance, scalability, and long‑term support. • Design and deployment of indoor maps for all RUHS facilities • Provide hardware (beacons, sensors) for indoor positioning • Develop mobile and web navigation apps with real‑time routing and search • Integrate wayfinding platform with RUHS Epic EHR and other IT systems • Deliver a centralized content‑management portal for map updates and event‑based changes • Offer ongoing maintenance, support, and scalability for future expansion • Ensure compliance with ADA accessibility standards and HIPAA security requirements • Provide a demo and references for similar healthcare wayfinding projects
