Description
The Kentucky State Fair Board is seeking a vendor to provide pest control services for the Kentucky Exposition Center and the Kentucky International Convention Center. The contract will be for an initial period of one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The vendor will be responsible for providing general pest control services, including treatments for mice, spiders, roaches, and other crawling insects. The vendor will also be required to provide fly management services, including inspections and treatments of interior and exterior garbage cans, trash bins, and dumpsters.
• The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the Kentucky State Fair Board, with price being the primary evaluation factor (90 points) and experience being a secondary factor (10 points).
• The vendor must submit all required information, including prices for each line item, and must bid on all items in the RFB.
• The Kentucky State Fair Board reserves the right to reject all bids and re-solicit if it is in the best interest of the Board.
