Description
The Town of Chester is seeking bids for the replacement of an existing 48” diameter HDPE culvert with a new 8’ wide x 5.5’ high precast concrete box culvert on Smokeshire Road. The project contract time is 60 calendar days to substantial completion. A pre-bid conference will be held on April 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the project site.
