RSA/ROFA Improvements project

The University of Mississippi is seeking bids for the RSA/ROFA Improvements project, which includes clearing, grubbing, ditch improvements, pipe extension, hydroseeding, and grading improvements. The project is divided into two phases, with a contract time of 45 calendar days for Phase 1 and 10 calendar days for Phase 2. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of the contract. • The project is funded in part by a grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration. • Bidders must comply with all applicable requirements, including the Buy American Preference, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Davis Bacon Act. • A pre-bid conference will be held on June 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM. • Bids must be submitted on the forms included in the Bidding Documents and must be accompanied by a certified check or bank draft drawn on a solvent bank. • The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
