UMC Summit Tower Floors 1 & 5 Remodel

The University Medical Center (UMC) is seeking bids for the remodel of floors 1 and 5 of the Summit Tower, located at 2040 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. The work will include finish updates with minor upgrades to the electrical and low voltage systems, as well as repairing any damaged areas outside of the scope. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on June 9, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. • The bid documents, specifications, and drawings will be available on the NGEM System starting on May 28, 2026. • All questions and requests for clarification must be received in the NGEM system by June 15, 2026. • Responses will be accepted electronically on the NGEM website on or before June 26, 2026, at 11:00:00 a.m. • The contract will be awarded based on the bid price and other factors, including the bidder's experience and qualifications.
