Partek Flow Floating License Software Package, renewal year base with 2 options

The National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS) is seeking to renew a Partek Flow Floating License Software Package for large-scale statistical analysis and data mining. The package includes a base year and two option years. The Partek Flow software is used for analyzing complex genomics datasets and is a critical component of the bioinformatics workflows of the Biodata Mining and Discovery Section (BDMS) within the NIAMS Intramural Research Program. • The software package includes add-on modules for single-cell and spatial data analysis. • The package is essential for the research conducted by BDMS and other NIAMS IRP researchers. • The software is widely adopted across NIH institutes, including NCI, NIDDK, NIAID, NCATS, and NIEHS. • The contract will be awarded on a sole source basis to Illumina, Inc.
