Budget estimate

$100,000 – $500,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate, as the document does not provide a specific budget or contract value. However, considering the scope of work, which includes lead-based paint testing, risk assessments, and radon testing services for single-family homes or apartments in residential and mixed-use buildings, the contract value could range from $100,000 to $500,000. This estimate is based on industry standards for similar services and the potential number of properties that may require these services. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the number of properties, the complexity of the testing and assessment services, and the level of competition among bidders.
