RFQ- DESIGNER SERVICES FOR THE PAULINE AGASSIZ SHAW SCHOOL PROJECT - (PFD)

The City of Boston's Public Facilities Department is seeking a designer for the Pauline Agassiz Shaw School project. The scope of services includes preparation of a Feasibility Study, Schematic Design Phase, and potentially continued designer services through design development, construction contract documents, bidding, award of construction contract(s), construction administration, final closeout, and warranty period. The project has an estimated construction cost between $100,000,000 and $115,000,000. • The designer must be a registered Architect in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. • The designer must have experience in Construction Management at Risk, construction and renovation of K-12 schools in Massachusetts, and projects receiving LEED certification. • The designer must provide the names of key personnel and consultants for various disciplines. • The project will be delivered using the Construction Management at Risk method. • The designer must attend an optional briefing on January 6, 2026. • All technical questions must be submitted in writing by January 9, 2026. • Completed SOQ packages must be returned by January 21, 2026.
