The County of Gwinnett is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, remove, dispose of, and install a variety of aluminum 1‑inch horizontal blinds at its Department of Water Resources Central Facility and nine additional office locations. The work includes measuring, delivering, and installing blinds of several sizes, coordinating installation times (including after‑hours for nine sites), and ensuring removal of existing blinds. All pricing must be inclusive of supply, disposal, installation, and freight. Vendors must meet extensive insurance requirements, provide E‑Verify certification, and submit required affidavits and references. • Supply and install 61 aluminum blinds ranging from 5 ft × 6 ft to 1 ft × 6 ft, plus removal of existing units. • Coordinate installation windows (8 am–10 pm) and after‑5 pm work for nine offices; weekend work possible with prior approval. • Provide $2 M commercial general liability, $1 M automobile, workers’ comp, and umbrella coverage; carrier must hold an A‑7+ AM Best rating.
