Water, Recycled Water, and Wastewater Master Plans

The City of Hesperia is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to prepare comprehensive Water, Recycled Water, and Wastewater Master Plans. The purpose of this effort is to evaluate the City's existing utility infrastructure and develop strategic, data-driven plans to guide future improvements, expansion, and investments in the City's water, recycled water, and wastewater systems. The selected consultant will be expected to perform detailed system assessments, hydraulic modeling, demand forecasting, infrastructure condition analysis, and the development of prioritized capital improvements.
