Description
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking a quote for the Bio-Rad QX200 Droplet Digital PCR System. The system must include all required components, software, installation, training, warranty coverage, and other requirements identified in the Statement of Work. The quoted system shall include a minimum one (1) year manufacturer warranty, and offerors shall provide separate pricing for an option one (1) year extended warranty/service plan.
Key requirements include:
• Compatibility with ongoing validated research workflows and existing assay development activities
• The system must be the Bio-Rad QX200 Droplet Digital PCR System
• The warranty shall include all labor, travel, replacement parts, technical support, and corrective maintenance necessary to maintain the instrument in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications
• Any maintenance, repairs, or replacement of components performed under the warranty shall be conducted by OEM-trained or OEM-authorized personnel using OEM-approved parts
