Description
The project involves expanding room 340E into rooms A, D, and DA to create a seminar room at the Wehner Building in College Station, TX. The work includes removing a sink, appliances, and casework, and adding a MARRS glass wall to the corridor. The RFP and construction documents are available electronically, and submissions are due on June 17, 2026. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for May 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
• The project requires a HUB Subcontracting Plan.
• Monthly HUB Progress Assessment Reports (PARs) are required with each pay application.
