Power Protect Backup Service

The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for Dell Power Protect Backup Service with Advanced Ransomware Recovery Subscription, or equal. The contract term will be for a period of five years. Vendors must provide a lump sum all-inclusive price for the five-year term. The scope of the service to be provided will be more clearly defined in the specifications included with the solicitation. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing backup services for the West Virginia Office of Technology • Meeting the mandatory requirements contained in the solicitation • Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances • Maintaining commercial general liability insurance in at least an amount of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence • Furnishing proof of workers' compensation insurance upon request
