Description
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Office of Oil and Gas, is soliciting bids for a construction/reclamation/plugging project in Wirt and Ritchie counties on thirty-three (33) wells collectively known as Federal Multi-Well Plugging Contract Wirt & Ritchie. The project involves plugging and reclaiming oil and gas wells. The contractor will be responsible for performing the work in accordance with the contract specifications and requirements.
• The project includes plugging and reclaiming thirty-three (33) oil and gas wells.
• The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on December 17, 2025, at 9:00 am eastern.
• The contractor must submit questions relating to the solicitation in writing by December 23, 2025.
• The contractor must submit their bid electronically through wvOASIS by December 30, 2025.
