Description
The City of South Fulton is seeking a qualified firm to design and administer a validated promotional assessment process for internal candidates, focused on Sergeant and Lieutenant readiness, with an emphasis on fairness, transparency, and compliance with EEO and ADA expectations. The selected firm will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive assessment center, including exercises, scoring models, and validation documentation. The firm will also be required to provide training and support to City staff and ensure that all assessment materials and processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.
