Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting quotations from 100 % small‑business firms to provide complete demolition, asbestos abatement, furniture removal, and carpet replacement services for Building 1060 at Beale Air Force Base, California. Work will be executed in three geographically defined phases to minimize disruption to ongoing base operations. The contractor must supply all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals required to finish each phase before moving to the next. The period of performance runs from 4 Sept 2026 through 3 Sept 2027. This is a set‑aside RFQ with all standard commercial product and service provisions incorporated.
• Scope: Furniture removal, asbestos abatement, full carpet removal and installation of new carpet tiles (specified Tarkett products).
