13.8 kV Metal-Clad Replacement Switchgear for Picnic Point Substation

The Snohomish County PUD is seeking a quotation for the replacement of 13.8 kV metal-clad switchgear at the Picnic Point Substation. The quotation should include all aspects of traffic management, including trained flagging crews, signage, and lighting for delivery and offloading of equipment. The desired delivery date is July 19, 2027. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance security in the form of a performance bond, irrevocable letter of credit, cashier's check, or certified check in an amount equal to 25% of the total amount bid, including tax. • The switchgear must meet the requirements of Specification No. 366, Revision 29, and dated May 10, 2023. • The bidder must provide a bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit payable to the District, or a bid bond in the form attached and issued by a corporate surety licensed to do business in the State of Washington. • The bidder must provide a traffic control plan to be submitted and approved 30 days in advance of shipment. • The bidder must deliver the switchgear to the Snohomish County PUD Picnic Point Substation location.
