Description
The Haverhill Housing Authority is inviting sealed bids from contractors for the unit renovation project at Summer Street Veterans (200-1) in Haverhill, Massachusetts. The project consists of the renovation of three vacant units, including kitchen and bathroom full renovations, new flooring, walls and ceiling, cleaning, patching, and painting, and new radiator covers. Plumbing and electrical work will also be required to meet new conditions. The estimated cost of the project is $190,300.00.
