Sources Sought Notice: Diagnose Septic Tank Issues

The National Park Service is seeking information from interested businesses regarding their qualifications for a project to diagnose septic tank issues at the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. The project involves three possible components: diagnosis and estimate of repairs, septic tank pumping, and repair and/or replacement of the septic system. The anticipated period of performance for each component is 30 days, 12 months, and 60 days, respectively. The government anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition for this requirement and may consider a small business or socio-economic set-aside. * The project is located at Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. * The surrounding area is suburban/rural with adequate staging located at the park. * The site is within 10 to 20 miles of the nearest suppliers and lodging facilities. * The project requires protective measures to ensure the surrounding area remains undisturbed. * The government is seeking information from both large and small businesses.
