Description
The Town of Whately is seeking written price quotes to perform environmental monitoring work at the former landfill on Long Plain Road. The work includes installing groundwater monitoring wells, gas wells, and sampling. The monitoring will be done in accordance with 310 CMR 19.132 and parameters outlined in 310 CMR 19.132(2)(h)(1-3). The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible qualified proposer.
• The work must be completed by June 30, 2026.
• The proposer must submit a price form, certificate of non-collusion, and certificate of tax compliance.
• The Town reserves the right to reject any or all price quotes.
• The proposer must provide a total price, including any additional taxes.
• The contract will be valid for a sixty-day period following the submission deadline.
