Lake Pontchartrain and Vicinity Foreshore Repair Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District is seeking information from industry for the Lake Pontchartrain and Vicinity Foreshore Repair Project. The project involves restoring existing riprap armoring to its original design elevation and constructing a splashpad. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. The project may be subject to the use of Project Labor Agreements (PLAs). Key requirements for the project include: • Experience in construction of earthen levee projects • Experience with projects in a marsh habitat, open water, and around environmentally sensitive areas • Capability to perform heavy construction methodology • Ability to meet PLA requirements for projects over $35M • Bonding capacity and small business social economic categories certification, if applicable
