MHSU Fleet Management Program—open February 5, 2026

* The Alabama Department of Mental Health is soliciting bids for a consolidated fleet management program, including the lease of vehicles and access to a management dashboard/platform. * The program includes 20 vehicles, with 18 sedans and 2 compact SUVs, to be delivered to various locations in Alabama. * The lease period is 36 months, with the possibility of renewal for an additional 24 months. * Bidders must provide vehicles that meet specific specifications, including model year, features, and maintenance requirements. * The Department will follow the manufacturer's suggested maintenance schedule, and the contractor will be responsible for maintaining the vehicles. * The contractor will also be responsible for providing vehicle licenses, tags, and registration, as well as insurance. * Payment will be made based on the contractor's submission of correct invoices. * The Department reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, and to award bids on an "all or none" or "item by item" basis.
