Academic Building for the School of Public Health/School of Health Professions - CMR (RFQ)

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a qualified Construction Manager‑at‑Risk (CM‑R) to deliver a new academic building that will house the School of Public Health and the School of Health Professions. This RFQ requires firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) demonstrating experience in commercial/office‑type institutional construction, safety management, budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with extensive UT System policies and specifications.
