The project will include all clearing, grading, and finishing work with erosion control.
• The project requires compliance with the City's floodplain management regulations and other relevant codes and ordinances.
• The design-build team will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and ensuring that the project meets the requirements of the City's Municode.
• The project will be evaluated based on the firm's stability, experience, qualifications, and fee proposal.
• The City reserves the right to request additional information or clarification from proposers.
• The City will conduct investigations to ensure the offeror's ability to provide the required services.
