Underground 5-Position Terminal Blocks

The Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County is seeking bids for the supply of underground terminal blocks to support ongoing district work and maintain inventory levels. The bid must be submitted electronically through the Public Purchase website, and the bid opening will be held via teleconference. The district encourages minority and women's business enterprises to participate. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance security in the form of a performance bond, irrevocable letter of credit, cashier's check, or certified check. • The bid must include prices for the underground terminal blocks, excluding tax. • The bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit. • The district reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid that best serves the interests of the district. • The successful bidder will be required to deliver the goods to the district's operations center. • The district will provide a current list of district holidays to the successful bidder.
