Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential sources for the off-site full factory refurbishment of Olympus Endoscope model GIF-HQ190. The refurbishment includes disassembling and inspecting all components, reassembling with a new insertion tube unit, and repairing or replacing various components as needed. The endoscope must be restored to its original OEM factory specifications and leak tested to ensure it is watertight. The contractor must have experienced Field Service Engineers with OEM training and access to OEM service publications and diagnostic service software.
• The contractor shall provide annual operator training by an OEM-trained Clinical Support Specialist.
• The contractor shall have a small business registration in the Small Business Administration (SBA) Small Business Search (SBS) database.
• The contractor shall have favorable past performance information for federal contracts, if applicable.
• The contractor shall be registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM) database.
