Description
The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is soliciting bids for janitorial services for the buildings located in McAllen and El Paso, Texas. The contract term will commence on September 1, 2026, or the fully executed contract date and expire on August 31, 2027, with the option of four one-year renewals. The TWC is seeking competitive bids to establish contracts for janitorial services, and the bids must be received by August 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central Time.
• The scope of work includes providing janitorial services for the TWC buildings in McAllen and El Paso.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest priced bid that meets all the requirements.
• The bidder must provide a completed VetHUB Subcontracting Plan (VHSP) as part of the bid.
• The TWC has the right to cancel, make partial award, or decline to award a contract under this solicitation at any time at its sole discretion.
