ITB 26-183 Mowing & Landscaping Services for Citrus County Zone 2 Properties

The County of Citrus is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive mowing and landscaping maintenance for its Zone 2 properties across Beverly Hills, Lecanto, Floral City, and Inverness. The work includes routine turf mowing, edge trimming, shrub pruning, weed control, debris removal, and periodic inspections with reporting of any issues. Bidders may elect to service one, two, or all three defined geographic areas, and the contract will be awarded separately for each area based on responsiveness and value. • Services required: mowing, string trimming, mechanical edging, shrub & hedge pruning, weed removal, debris disposal, and site inspections. • Service zones: Area 1 (Beverly Hills & Lecanto), Area 2 (Floral City), Area 3 (Inverness). • Mandatory pre‑bid conference attendance (choose one of two dates). • Estimated total budget: $72,436, with pricing tables for each area. • No blueprints; all labor, equipment, and materials must be furnished by the contractor.
