RFP: Bridge to Home Program

The City of Port Huron is seeking a developer to participate in the Bridge to Home Program, which aims to construct 9 new houses in the city over the next 2 years. The chosen developer will work with the city to construct affordable, top-quality homes at a set price. Non-profit partners will provide financial literacy and homebuyer classes to buyers, and financial institutions will provide mortgage products to help qualified buyers become successful homeowners.
